  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting using Workday and case management systems.
  • Advise and coach people leaders on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. Operations Managers, HR Business Partners, Legal, Finance, Payroll) and external vendors to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
  • Support HR programs and processes relating to compensation, benefits, and leave management.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Champion cultural initiatives and drive engagement to sustain a positive workplace culture.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • High integrity, approachable, and supportive with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with ownership and accountability.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of direct HR/People Experience in a generalist or advisory role.
  • Previous experience working in high-volume HR operations.
  • Workday experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Irish employment law desirable; experience in UK/German employment practices an advantage.
  • Experience with Scandinavian markets or Norwegian language skills a plus (not required).
  • Relevant degree, certification, or equivalent HR experience.
