We’re delighted to be partnering with a leading international financial services organisation, who are seeking a talented Senior HR Generalist to join their Dublin team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to step into a broad, varied role where you’ll have real impact and visibility across the business.
Why this role?
This is a people-first, innovative organisation where HR is seen as a true partner. You’ll support a team of 200+ employees in a culture that values collaboration, creativity and continuous improvement. The role offers the best of both worlds – exposure to strategic HR initiatives alongside hands-on, day-to-day operational delivery.
You’ll be joining a dynamic HR team that is passionate about employee experience and organisational growth, giving you the platform to develop your career in a supportive and ambitious environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a trusted advisor, providing guidance to managers and employees across the business.
- Managing payroll and benefits administration, with a focus on streamlining and process automation.
- Leading onboarding and probation processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Overseeing HR policies and employee relations, ensuring compliance with Irish employment law.
- Driving wellbeing initiatives and engagement programmes.
- Supporting cross-functional HR projects and contributing to future-focused people strategies.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ HR experience, ideally within financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with HR systems, data-driven reporting and process improvement
- A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- HR/Business degree; CIPD qualification (or working towards) highly desirable
What’s on offer:
- A broad, varied HR role with exposure to both strategic and operational work.
- The opportunity to work in an innovative, international business where HR is valued.
- A collaborative, supportive culture with a strong focus on employee wellbeing.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
If you’re an experienced HR professional who thrives on variety, values innovation and wants to make a real impact in a forward-thinking organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
