ERP Transformation Project Manager – Limerick (Hybrid, 3 days on-site)

We’re partnering with a leading organization in Limerick that’s embarking on a major ERP transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ERP Project Manager to take ownership of a high-profile program and deliver real impact across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end ERP transformation projects, from planning through go-live and beyond.
• Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive change management and adoption of the new ERP system.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience managing ERP implementations or transformations (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
• Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in change management and user adoption.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) a plus.
