KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🤝 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements

📝 Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, or mockups where needed

💡 Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives

💻 Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals

📢 Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders

📚 Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions

🧪 Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements

🔍 Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, automation, or optimization

REQUIREMENTS

🎓 Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

💼 Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role

🔄 Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering methodologies

🛠 Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio, or equivalent

🧠 Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable solutions

🤝 Experience working closely with cross-functional teams

🗣 Excellent communication and presentation skills

🔍 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

🌀 Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
