✅ Prepare super-detailed, production-ready drawings for modular houses.

✅ Continuously improve every next house — faster, smarter, more efficient than the last.

✅ Collaborate with production, procurement & management to optimize materials, workflows & quality.

✅ Build and maintain standardized details/components for scalable growth.

✅ Solve technical challenges, ensuring smooth transition from design to production.

💡 What we’re seeking

🎓 Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or similar.

🏗️ Proven experience with timber frame or modular building design.

📐 Strong CAD/BIM skills (AutoCAD, SEMA, or similar).

⚡ Precision, problem-solving mindset, and drive for continuous improvement.

🗣️ Proficiency in Latvian & English.
