Test yourself: are we and ideal match?

  • The ideal candidate for this role will have a detail-oriented, systematic approach to problem-solving, the ability to work within a system, be ready to adjust according to circumstances, and put customer needs first. They should have at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce/digital marketing, a good understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, and 2+ years of project management experience. An understanding of Notion, Figma and AI tools is a plus.


What you will do?

The Account Manager will play a critical role in the success of our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Communicating with brand owner and providing basic support on most commonly used marketing tactics and how they can grow their revenue
  • Facilitating the launch process for new Shopify stores
  • Ensuring that the store development moves efficiently through launch stages
  • Solving any issues that may arise during the launch process
  • Improving the onboarding process for new sellers

As the Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:

  • Conducting research to better understand brand owner needs and adapting accordingly
  • Collaborating with the product team to develop new features and tools
  • Providing ongoing support for brand owners to help them grow their revenue
  • Implementing new digital services to cater seller needs


What skills and background you need?

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of the Shopify ecosystem
  • Digital marketing experience (social media, email, SEO, content marketing) and understanding of business growth strategies.
  • Ability to multi-task on multiple projects
  • A detail-oriented, systematic approach to problem-solving
  • Understanding of Notion, Figma and AI tools is a plus

Compensation

  • Base Gross Salary: EUR 2600 - 3000
  • Supliful stock options are given to all our employees from the first day of joining Supliful.
