Whether you're in the heart of Baltics or anywhere else, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the finance technology sector, working on exciting projects that deliver AI-powered Autonomous Finance solutions for the Office of the CFO. You'll be part of a product engineering team building enterprise applications that power finance automation for some of the worlds largest brands.

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 5000 - 7000 gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Whether you're in the heart of Baltics or anywhere else, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the finance technology sector, working on exciting projects that deliver AI-powered Autonomous Finance solutions for the Office of the CFO. You'll be part of a product engineering team building enterprise applications that power finance automation for some of the worlds largest brands.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications that support finance automation processes.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and data scientists to integrate AI, NLP, and RPA capabilities.
- Build and enhance modules across Order to Cash, Treasury, and Record to Report.
- Develop and maintain scalable APIs, microservices, and web applications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability using best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
- Continuously improve products based on performance metrics and user feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on application development experience (Java or Python preferred; C# a plus).
- 3+ years of experience with front-end frameworks (React or Angular) and core web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
- 2+ years of experience with the AWS cloud platform.
- 2+ years of experience with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to AI/ML, NLP, or RPA integration is a strong plus.
- Flexibility to align with US working hours, with availability from 11:00 AM to 9:00/10:00 PM.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS product development.
- Knowledge of finance or accounting workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment.
