Senior AE – Benelux


📍 Location: Benelux – Luxembourg

Known for its strong industry reputation and excellent workplace culture, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, agile, and evolving business that has recently achieved $100M ARR.


Your position as a Senior AE:

  • Drive Full-Cycle Sales of SaaS Solutions – Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on new business while also growing a select number of existing accounts.
  • Territory Focus – Cover the Benelux region, targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Work Cross-Functionally – Partner with sales engineers, customer success, marketing, and inside sales to maximise pipeline and win rates.
  • Apply Proven Methodologies – Leverage structured qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC to navigate complex deals.
  • Demonstrate Competitive Knowledge – Understand product capabilities and the competitive landscape to effectively position value.


Ideal experience:

  • 3+ years minimum of outbound/field/ new logo sales experience selling complex B2B SaaS applications to senior economic buyers such as CFOs, CHROs, Chief People Officers, CROs, or other C-level executives.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding annual quotas.
  • Strong experience winning new logo acquisitions, ideally in mid-market/enterprise segments.
  • Excellent presentation, stakeholder engagement, and objection-handling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and self-motivation.
  • Ability to travel across the Benelux region.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and either French, Dutch, or Flemish.


Role Specifics:

  • Quota: €800K annual target.
  • Average Order Value (AOV): €50K–€100K.
  • Sales Cycle: Typically 3–6 months, longer for large enterprise opportunities.


Team Structure (Pod System):

  • 2 Account Executives
  • 2 Sales Engineers
  • 2 Customer Success Managers
  • 1 Lead Gen / Inside Sales
  • Supported by an EMEA Marketing Director, regional Marketing Managers, and Product Marketing Managers.
