We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our client’s team in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and integrations, with proven experience in on-prem ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.
Define best practices for ITSM, CSM, and integrations.
Architect and oversee ServiceNow on-prem instance implementations and upgrades.
Collaborate with stakeholders and guide technical teams.
Ensure alignment with ITIL v4 standards and governance models.
Requirements
10+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
Strong background in ITSM, CSM, and integrations.
Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow on-prem instances.
Solid architectural and leadership skills.
Certifications (Preferred)
CIS – CSM / ITSM
CSA
