Responsabilities
- Coordinate and support daily executive activities with a focus on efficiency and discretion.
- Manage complex travel arrangements, agendas, and scheduling for senior stakeholders.
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy.
- Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Anticipate needs, proactively resolve issues, and contribute to the smooth running of the team’s operations.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable support function.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- A proactive, reliable, and service-oriented mindset, combined with flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
