Our client, a European bank based in Luxembourg is looking for its future Operational Assistant. This will be a temporary contract of 6 months.

Responsabilities

  • Coordinate and support daily executive activities with a focus on efficiency and discretion.
  • Manage complex travel arrangements, agendas, and scheduling for senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review documents, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy.
  • Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Anticipate needs, proactively resolve issues, and contribute to the smooth running of the team’s operations.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable support function.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
  • A proactive, reliable, and service-oriented mindset, combined with flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
