Are you an ambitious and data-driven student looking for an exciting internship opportunity? Join the Reporting & BI team within the Control & Analytics department at Rituals Head Office in Amsterdam, starting February 2026 for 6 months, 32/40 hours a week. As an intern, you will play an important role in building and improving key enterprise reports in Power BI, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the entire organization.

This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in business intelligence, sharpen your data visualization and analytical skills, and learn how to translate complex data into clear insights for management and teams worldwide. You will work in a dynamic environment where accuracy, curiosity, and creativity meet.

Purpose of the internship

As an intern, you are highly involved in daily reporting activities and projects that support enterprise decision-making.

• You will support the Reporting & BI team in creating and maintaining key reports in Power BI.
• You will work together with stakeholders across multiple departments (Control, Supply Chain, Marketing, Retail, and more) to understand reporting needs and deliver insights.
• You will perform data validation and testing to ensure reports are accurate, reliable, and consistent.
• You will analyse data trends and propose improvements to dashboards and KPIs.
• You will contribute to projects that enhance data quality, reporting efficiency, and self-service analytics.
• You will learn how to translate business questions into technical reporting solutions.
  
  

This internship combines technical skills with stakeholder management and offers you the opportunity to make a visible impact on how data is used within Rituals. You will report to the Reporting & BI Manager and be part of the Control & Analytics department.

Bring all of you

• You are currently enrolled in an HBO/University study with a focus on Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• You are available for at least 6 months, minimum 4 days a week.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working with data.
• You have experience with Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or similar tools is a strong plus.
• You are precise, detail-oriented, and able to communicate insights clearly.
• You have good stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
