We are looking for a passionate colleague to join our HR team. We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist that will be responsible for Payroll and for supporting HR Team to drive efficient and effective HR services, policies and programs.
💼 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Generating HR-related reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to support decision-making and strategic planning;
- Being the point of contact for finance department and the payroll provider;
- Manage absences in Workday and ensure that the law and the Employee’s rules are being complied;
- Provide the information’s for the payroll provider, as well as maintaining employee data, handling payroll questions;
- Support all audits related to payroll or business certification;
- Support for payroll forecasting and budgeting;
- Manage the budgeting of the BD and cost center allocation;
- Prepare, analyze and monitor the main HR indicators, contributing with a critical analysis and proposing action/improvement plans;
- Design and develop interactive HR dashboards using PowerBI;
- Manage recharges and PO’s;
- Create PR’s for all suppliers;
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws and standards to new and existing employees;
- Manage employee payments and expenses;
- Ensure that credit card and expense reimbursement policies are being followed;
- Support the HR team in all necessary activities and tasks.
🔎 WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field;
- Minimum experience of 2 years;
- Knowledge in all HR disciplines including employment legislation;
- Strong English communication skills;
- Excellent analytical skills and Attention to detail + Accuracy
- Strong experience in Excel;
- Experience with SAP and Power BI will be a plus.
