Junior HR Specialist

What you’ll be doing

• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate communication).
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate information (timesheet control, manage absences/vacations)
• Provide support in preparing HR documents, such as employment contracts, letters, and reports; salary payment control.
• Support performance management processes (e.g., tracking evaluations, training participation).
• Handle general HR inquiries from employees and escalate as needed.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

What you need to be successful

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR, recruitment, or administrative role (internship experience considered).
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and employment legislation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a willingness to learn.
