What you’ll be doing
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate communication).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate information (timesheet control, manage absences/vacations)
- Provide support in preparing HR documents, such as employment contracts, letters, and reports; salary payment control.
- Support performance management processes (e.g., tracking evaluations, training participation).
- Handle general HR inquiries from employees and escalate as needed.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR, recruitment, or administrative role (internship experience considered).
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and employment legislation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a willingness to learn.
