Mikrocop is expanding its development team!

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help us craft engaging, intuitive, and visually stunning digital experiences. If you’re passionate about user-centered design, love turning complex ideas into elegant interfaces, and want to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for...

• 5+ years of experience in designing user experiences (experience with B2B or SaaS solutions is an advantage),
• good knowledge of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD),
• understanding of user-centered design principles and basic accessibility standards,
• attention to detail and the ability to think strategically about the user journey,
• strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team,
• advantage: experience with document management systems or other complex platforms.

As a UI/UX Designer you will...

• research the needs and behaviors of InDoc EDGE platform users,
• prepare user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs,
• conduct user testing and propose improvements based on feedback,
• collaborate with architects, developers, and QA in implementing UX solutions into the product,
• ensure consistency and development of the design system,
• follow UX trends and best practices and introduce them into our solutions,
• contribute to making complex software simple and intuitive to use.
