We are looking for an experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to take a leading role in optimizing and securing the software development lifecycle in a complex, enterprise IT environment. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing CI/CD pipelines, supporting development teams with tools and best practices, automating deployment processes, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of core systems and infrastructure.
You will work onsite as part of a technically skilled engineering team, writing and improving shell scripts, managing OpenShift deployments, maintaining key development tools, and tuning systems related to logging, API management, and NoSQL databases. You will also play a key role in root cause analysis, performance optimization, and ensuring adherence to internal standards throughout the development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has several years of practical experience in DevSecOps or a similar role, with strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (preferably Azure DevOps), containerization (especially Kubernetes/OpenShift), and scripting. A background in software development (preferably with Microsoft .NET) is highly desirable, as is experience with tools such as Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, or API management platforms. You bring a hands-on mentality, a system-level mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development and infrastructure teams. Fluency in English is required.
Our client offers a technically engaging role in a forward-looking environment where your work directly supports the quality and efficiency of software development and operations. You’ll work onsite in Switzerland, as part of a collaborative and professional team that values initiative, precision, and continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity to deepen your engineering expertise while contributing to modern, impactful digital platforms.
