We are looking dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead dental prosthetic and orthodontic products, with the objective of delivering value to patients and customers.

As a key member of the global marketing team, the Product Manager will shape the strategic direction of the product line, manage product development initiatives, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and effective market penetration.

Responsabilities:

• Formulate and execute strategic plans for product lines, encompassing market analysis, competitive assessment, and product positioning (USP).
• Partner with the Innovation team, Product Owners, Product Specialists, and manufacturing teams to drive product development initiatives from concept to commercialization.
• Perform market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for product innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of product management experience in a B2B industry with technical components, with a preference for experience in the healthcare/medical device industry.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing products from concept to commercialization.
