Responsiblilities:


  • Design and deploy security solutions including intrusion detection/prevention systems, anti-virus software, and vulnerability management tools.
  • Perform regular vulnerability scans, risk assessments, and penetration testing.
  • Respond to security incidents, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support compliance efforts with security standards and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to ensure secure software development and system configurations.
  • Research emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies and recommend improvements.


Your Profile:


  • Profound knowledge of current cybersecurity threats, trends, and mitigation techniques
  • Several years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years in leadership role.
  • Studies of Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (ETH/UNI/FH).
  • Experience in the railway market is a further advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with security technologies (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint protection).
  • Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing compliance programs (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA).
  • Good communication skills in English, German is a plus.
