Spanish fluency is required as part of this role, and professional proficiency in English is also expected.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Strong proficiency with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks for backend development practices.
• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, and version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with the automotive sector is a strong plus.
• Proven experience with agile coaching, team facilitation and agile delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (native level) and professional English (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Develop and maintain robust agile practices using Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
• Create efficient, reusable team rituals and agile ceremonies with agile frameworks.
• Design, optimize, and maintain agile processes to ensure continuous improvement and high performance.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and stakeholders to deliver an intuitive and collaborative working model.
• Participate in retrospectives, planning, and agile coaching sessions.
• Implement agile methodologies across multiple teams or departments.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in agile coaching and organizational change.
