As a Data Analyst, you are responsible for designing, developing and delivering interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. You integrate various data sources and perform in-depth analyses to provide valuable insights to the organization. You work closely with your team and stakeholders and process feedback to make iterative improvements to dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Connecting to various data sources and integrating them into Power BI for building comprehensive and optimized datasets.
  • Teaming up with the Data & Analytics colleagues to align on deliveries and requirements.
  • Performing in-depth data analysis to identify valuable insights, determine trends and anomalies in data.
  • Actively participating in Agile sprints and stand-up meetings to discuss progress and address obstacles.
  • Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to understand data requirements for reports and dashboards.
  • Guiding colleagues in the organization to adopt and maximize the use of Power BI in their daily tasks.
  • Ensuring compliance with data security and privacy guidelines when dealing with and sharing sensitive information.

Technologies / Required Skillset:

  • Power BI (incl. Report Builder, Embedded); Power Automate; Azure Storage - BLOB, ADLS2; Azure Databases (incl. Synapse Serverless Pool, Cosmos DB)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or similar
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and developing datasets and reports in Power BI (DAX, Report Builder, Embedded) and scheduling options (Power Automate)
  • Data querying and manipulation: SQL (mandatory), Python (is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights (you are data science curious)
  • Experience with Agile work methodology and working in cross-functional teams
  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain data concepts and Power BI functionalities to non-technical audience
  • Languages: English (mandatory)
