Your main responsibilities will be:

• Enhance accessibility and understanding of project management for a portfolio of Project Managers through setting standards, implementing methodologies, and fostering knowledge sharing.
• Monitor and ensure governance and compliance across projects within the portfolio, including status reports, risk and issue management, milestone tracking, and communication.
• Ensure the standardization of working methods and deliverables across teams, aligning with specific objectives.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization, with the autonomy to propose and implement changes.
• Conduct regular analysis of financial KPIs at the portfolio, program, and project levels, presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Effectively manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, varying levels of seniority, and different time zones.
• Facilitate the structured onboarding of new team members and provide general support and follow-up to the Portfolio team as needed.
• Maintain and manage portfolio documentation.

Professional profile required:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting.
• High proficiency in English (min. C1)
• Passionate about project management and technology.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc).
• Knowledge in Management Tools. Valuable Power Point, Excel, Jira, Confluence, Service Now, MS Project, Power BI.
• Experience and passion for working in international and multicultural project environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proactivity to implement new ideas and changes.
