The Role

We are looking for a Senior iOS Developer to take technical ownership of our flagship iOS application. In this role, you will drive the evolution of our app by reinventing the codebase, raising the technical bar, and building new products that expand our reach. You will have the opportunity to re-architect our core app, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and lead the development of new features aimed at both veterinary professionals and horse owners. Your work will be central to supporting our growth and delivering innovative solutions as we continue to shape the future of equine health.

Key Responsibilities

As Senior iOS Developer, you will play a central role in shaping our mobile product and technical direction. Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading the redevelopment of our iOS codebase to enable new features and improved user experience.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Taking ownership of app performance, security, and scalability.
• Mentoring colleagues and supporting team development.
• Integrating, maintaining, profiling and optimising ML-models running on device in collaboration with ML team.

Who You Are

We are seeking someone who combines technical expertise with a collaborative mindset. You should have:

• At least 7 years of iOS development experience, with a record of leading complex projects.
• Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI, and strong knowledge of iOS frameworks.
• Experience integrating backend APIs and optimizing app performance.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to mentor others.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and motivated by real-world impact.
• Experience with CoreML or Vision Frameworks is a plus.
