Essential Skills:

• Experience in driving development and operations programs.
• Ability to identify and define clear goals and strategy to deliver successful business development and enforce tactical plans to realize goals and strategy in daily operations.
• Strong experience in driving business change management projects involving Business, IT, and Vendors for a wider user base.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with global presence.
• Hands-on experience in incident and problem management.
