Marketing Assistant - Bolton Adriatic

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Team in Bolton Adriatic based in Slovenia.

How you make the difference

As a Marketing Assistant, you play a crucial role in bringing Bolton's brand strategies to life. By supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, your work enhances brand visibility, engages target audiences, and help driving business growth.

How Your Agenda Looks Like

Develop product catalogues, articles, media posts, and translate websites, product descriptions, and brand content.
Assist in designing POS materials, consumer promotional items, and materials for smaller marketing projects (PR packages, events).
Manage logistics data, product codes, artwork, and graphic quality checks.
Support with marketing collateral, including image pages, customer catalogues, and leaflets.
Prepare monthly and yearly reports on promo materials, co-packing, and sampling activities.
Coordinate daily deliveries of promotional items and sampling, and handle consumer inquiries and complaints.

Your Team

You'll report directly to the Marketing Manager for the Adriatic Area.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Successfully completed studies in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or a related field;
Genuine interest in working within the FMCG industry.
Proficiency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent numerical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, along with strong team spirit, proactivity, and initiative.
