People Operations Associate
Location: Warsaw (hybrid; 1-2 days/week onsite)
Reports to: Senior People Operations Specialist
About the role
As our People Operations Associate, you’ll support the engine of our People Operations across Switzerland, the UK, and Poland. You’ll run core HR processes end-to-end; maintaining accurate data, coordinating payroll, and supporting lifecycle processes — while ensuring compliance and smooth day-to-day operations. Working closely with the Senior People Ops Specialist and the wider People team of Human Resources Specialists, you’ll help deliver a seamless employee experience and build your expertise in a global HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
- People Administration & Lifecycle: Manage contracts, support onboarding/offboarding, handle probation tracking and employee changes.
- HRIS & Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate employee records in systems (e.g., BambooHR, Go1); assist with data updates and automation, and support the use of AI-driven tools where relevant.
- Payroll Coordination: Prepare payroll inputs and liaise with the finance team and external providers
- Employee Support & Enablement: Act as the first point of contact for queries; maintain self-service resources; support digital People and learning tools; track training participation
- Team Collaboration & Projects: Work closely with the Senior People Ops Specialist; contribute to projects, process improvements, and continuous optimisation initiatives.
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in HR administration or operations (multi-country)
- Solid skills in HRIS/data management; interest in automation and process improvement
- Understanding of payroll processes, ideally multi-country level
- AI-enabled mindset: You actively explore and apply AI-powered HR tools to enhance efficiency, unlock smarter ways of working, and support the success of the broader HR team.
- Fluent in English and Polish, German is a plus
Salary & benefits
- Base: PLN 75,000 – 110,000 + 10% target bonus; ESOP eligibility
