We are seeking an Expert join our dynamic team. This role involves managing IT governance, driving project execution within an Agile framework, collaborating with international stakeholders, and supporting strategic IT initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field,
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management, governance, or related roles,
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.),
- Strong vendor management skills,
- Advanced understanding of IT budgeting and financial analysis,
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken),
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent),
- Experience in the health insurance or healthcare sector,
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL).
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate IT projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Act as a Scrum Master for cross-functional teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance.
- Oversee IT budgeting processes, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Implement and maintain IT governance standards and practices.
- Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports for senior management and executives.
