• Experience working on the backend of large-scale B2C applications (10M+ DAUs)
• Strong product engineering experience

Interview & Vetting Process

1. Round 1: 60 min Live Coding with BarRaiser (Python, Golang, Kafka)
2. Round 2: 15 min Turing Chat
3. Round 3: 45 min Client Hiring Manager Interview
4. Round 4-5: Client Technical Rounds

Required Skills

• Programming: Golang, Python
• Streaming/Queueing: Kafka
• Infrastructure & Tools: Kubernetes, Redis, Postgres, AWS and/or Google Cloud
• Software Practices: OOP, design patterns, testing (unit/integration), SOLID principles

Key Responsibilities

• System Design with focus on latency and scalability
• Backend Development (Go, Python) with strong testing discipline
• Systems Architecture leveraging Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Postgres, APIs
• Automation & Monitoring for resilience and reliability

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience with highly scalable systems
• Experience with Terraform
• Exposure to ML systems or frontend (React)
