About the Role: The Product Manager will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer lending products, including short-term loans, BNPL, credit cards, and personal loans.


Responsibilities:


  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer lending products – including short-term loans, BNPL, credit cards, and personal loans.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, credit risk, and operations teams to ensure regulatory alignment and robust risk controls.
  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with business goals.
  • Lead product development in coordination with design, engineering, and data teams to ensure timely and high-quality launches.
  • Continuously iterate and optimize products based on user feedback, data insights, and business performance.
  • Drive partnerships with financial institutions, credit bureaus, and technology providers to enable and scale lending services.
  • Ensure seamless UX and responsible lending practices are embedded into product design.
  • Stay updated on CBUAE regulations and global lending trends to ensure Comera Pay’s offerings remain competitive and compliant.
  • Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, banking, or lending platforms.
    • Proven experience in launching and managing lending products such as BNPL, personal loans, or credit cards.
    • Strong understanding of credit risk, lending lifecycle, and digital KYC/AML practices.
    • Data-driven decision-maker with experience using analytics tools and A/B testing.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile startup or fintech environment is a plus.


    Required Skills:


    • Strong understanding of credit risk, lending lifecycle, and digital KYC/AML practices.
    • Data-driven decision-maker with experience using analytics tools and A/B testing.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile startup or fintech environment is a plus.
