We are looking to hire a Compliance Officer who will be responsible for conducting regulatory compliance inspections and ensuring education providers meet all required standards and timelines for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the most prestigious government entities and one of the largest companies in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable based on performance and business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare for site visits, including scheduling, dossier compilation, and checklist development.
- Conduct on-site compliance inspections across various education providers (schools, early childhood centers, TVET, higher education).
- Collect and document evidence (including photos where permitted) during inspections.
- Draft and submit same-day visit summaries and structured reports within agreed timelines, including tracker updates and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with team leads to support quality reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to data protection, confidentiality, and evidence-handling protocols.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- 1–4 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or education quality assurance (high potential fresh graduates may also be considered).
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) – fluency in spoken and written communication, with strong report-writing skills in both languages.
- Excellent Arabic and English writing, formatting, and documentation capabilities.
- Strong planning, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and readiness to learn new systems and templates.
- Ability to conduct field visits across all provider types and participate in joint inspections with other government entities.
Availability:
Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or within a maximum of 30 days after accepting the offer.
