Job Title:Sr. L2 Infrastructure & IT Support Engineer


Role Summary

The IT Infrastructure Support Engineer (Level 2) will provide advanced technical support across network, server, and cloud infrastructure layers. The role involves leading and mentoring Level 1 engineers, ensuring secure and reliable IT operations, and supporting the IT roadmap.


Job Title: IT Support Engineer – Level 1

Location: Sharjah

Role Summary

The IT Support Engineer (Level 1) will provide first-line technical support for end-user devices, audio-visual (AV) equipment, and basic network/server room operations. The role ensures smooth IT and AV service delivery across Organization, supporting day-to-day operations and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level-1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Set up end-user devices, install software, and manage user accounts.
  • Configure and operate AV systems for classrooms, meetings, and events.
  • Conduct basic network troubleshooting and assist with server room maintenance.
  • Log incidents and service requests in ITSM tools, ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Maintain IT/AV asset inventory and ensure endpoint security compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide after-hours support for critical IT/AV requirements as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-year diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Level-1 IT support within enterprise or public sector environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and AV equipment.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and familiarity with ITSM tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
