Data Manager

Our client is looking for a UAEN Data Manager with background in IT or Computer science in the Finance or Banking Industry

Data Manager responsibilities

• Manage large sets of data and ensure its accuracy and integrity across multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain data management processes to ensure data consistency and quality.
• Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and strategy.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to identify key data needs and requirements.
• Create detailed reports, data visualizations, and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor and update data sources to ensure the most up-to-date information is being utilized.
• Develop and maintain database systems to enable efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Apply statistical and data mining techniques to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets
• Expertise in database management and data modeling
• Proficient in SQL, Python, R, and other relevant programming languages
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully managing large sets of data and delivering data-driven insights that have informed business decisions
