We are looking for an experienced and driven Mid to Senior Developer to join our growing team. Youll play a key role in developing and maintaining a range of business-critical applications, websites and system integrations. If youre passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and enjoy solving complex challenges, wed love to hear from you.
Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH.

- Development of bespoke software and middleware solutions to support and grow core business operations.
- Deliver high-quality, secure code using modern best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development environments.
- Mentor junior team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, frameworks and emerging technologies.
- Any other tasks deemed by the Company to be necessary for the successful completion of the role

Required Skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 3+ years of professional PHP development experience.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.
- Solid knowledge of secure coding practices (e.g. OWASP).
- Experience with modern PHP frameworks (preferably Laravel or Symfony).
- Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL) and writing performant queries.
- Comfortable working with Git, Composer and modern development workflows.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Experience writing automated tests (PHPUnit/PEST).
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Experience with Docker and containerised development environments.
- Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React or similar).
- A supportive, close-knit development team with a culture of mentorship and learning.
