DevOps Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation scripts, frameworks, and pipelines to streamline onboarding and operational processes.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, ensuring scalable and reliable orchestration of deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure automation, monitoring, and configuration management.
- Support cloud-native engineering practices, with the ability to adapt to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and multi-cloud environments.
- Drive initiatives around infrastructure as code (IaC), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated environment provisioning.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across application, infrastructure, and automation layers, ensuring system resilience and high availability.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant DevOps experience and Python-based automation expertise (scripting, frameworks, process orchestration).
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and orchestration.
- Strong understanding of cloud engineering principles, with the ability to work in OCI environments.
- Solid background in infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and system reliability in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a self-driven, proactive attitude.
