About the Role


We’re looking for a skilled Network Administrator to join our IT Operations Team. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing network, infrastructure, and end-user support across multiple sites. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in both on-premises and cloud environments, and who brings a customer-first approach to supporting colleagues of all technical levels.

 

Key Responsibilities


End User & Systems Support


  • Provide timely investigation and resolution of escalated IT issues.
  • Support end-users via phone, email, remote tools, and in-person assistance.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain PCs, smartphones, printers, and collaboration tools.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding, including user accounts and access.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and licenses.


Cloud & Security

 

  • Manage Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access control (RBAC), and user/group administration.
  • Deploy and manage Azure Virtual Machines, networking (VNets, subnets, load balancers, VPN gateways), and Intune/MDM solutions.
  • Support cloud and hybrid IT environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Investigate, diagnose, and remediate cybersecurity incidents.
  • Contribute to IT documentation, SOPs, and governance practices.

 

Network & Infrastructure Administration


  • Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity, firewalls, and security systems in a multi-site environment.
  • Administer and optimize wireless networks.
  • Manage VMware environments and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Citrix, AVD).
  • Perform daily infrastructure health checks, patching, and routine maintenance.
  • Implement and manage data backup, recovery, and storage best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualification & Education Requirements


  • Completion of a two-year IT diploma or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 5–8 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, including at least 3 years in hands-on network administration supporting multi-site LAN/WAN environments


Preferred Skills


  • Configure device operating systems, including Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome OS, Android and iOS and administer client-based as well as cloud-based (SaaS) software
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve core service and support challenges while applying best practices for documentation, change management, and scripting
  • Support IT infrastructure and networking environment
  • Configure and support PC, mobile and other hardware
  • Implement data backup and recovery methods and apply data storage and management best practices
  • Cyber Security skills, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, Security Incident triage
  • Holding one or more relevant Industry Certifications such as, A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, MSCE/MCSA, Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) is desirable
  • Experience with one or more CSP’s such as AWS, Microsoft Azure & GCP is desirable
  • Experience managing Entra ID, user/group administration, and role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Skilled in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Azure Virtual Machines
  • Good knowledge of Azure networking, including VNets, subnets, load balancers, VPN gateways, and NSGs
  • Experience with SASE, MDM and Microsoft Intune are desirable

Additional Notes


This is an onsite, full-time role based upon 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 MT excluding holidays along with on-call rotation and support outside of these hours for critical operations and support situations as they arise.
