We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in JavaScript technologies to lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone passionate about clean architecture, modern frameworks, and mentoring engineers. You’ll be a key contributor in building greenfield projects, influencing technology choices, and defining the future of our platform.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement modern, performant UIs using React and Next.js
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and NestJS
• Drive key architectural decisions across the stack — frontend, backend, data, and integrations
• Ensure smooth integration with third-party systems and services
• Optimize performance and reliability across the full application stack
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful features
• Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews to ensure high standards
• Promote best practices in software engineering and DevOps

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of full stack development experience with a strong JavaScript
• Deep hands-on experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS
• Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and architecture
• Proven experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
• Solid understanding of OAuth, JWT, and modern authentication flows
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and cloud infrastructure
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset
• Exposure to event-driven architecture and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ)
