Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java and/or Kotlin to join the team supporting the project. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance backend solutions for investment system–related enhancements. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem solver, capable of working independently, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Note: This is not an Android or Mobile developer role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions using Java and/or Kotlin.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Provide independent production support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers to deliver investment system enhancements.
• Ensure solutions align with best practices, performance standards, and security requirements.
• Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements in an agile environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of system development experience.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Java and/or Kotlin.
• Proven ability to design and implement solutions independently.
• Strong experience in code review and best development practices.
• Ability to support production systems independently.
• Agile mindset, with the ability to learn fast and adapt to change.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript and React is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of investment systems or financial applications will be advantageous.
