CoverageX is a fast-growing provider of high-quality vehicle service contracts and home warranties, dedicated to helping customers find the right solutions with confidence. We are seeking an experienced iOS Developer with full life cycle experience building large-scale iOS applications.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of end-to-end iOS app development using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
• Craft smooth, high-fidelity interfaces with complex gestures and animations that run seamlessly.
• Drive improvements in app performance, offline-first behavior, and real-time data syncing.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers and designers to prototype quickly and ship efficiently.
• Advocate for iOS best practices while creatively pushing platform limits when appropriate.
• Conceptualize, develop, and launch new features that enhance user experience, working with design teams to refine interfaces and making thoughtful technical decisions for scalable, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Swift (structs, optionals, generics, protocol-oriented programming) and capable of building interfaces with SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Experience with Combine or other reactive frameworks to manage asynchronous data flows.
• Proven understanding of the Objective-C runtime and processes running “under the hood.”
• Proficiency with multithreading and performance optimization techniques for iOS.
• Knowledge of iOS memory management, performance optimization, and building large-scale apps.
• Skilled at refactoring legacy code and implementing practical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a solutions-oriented team environment.
