Job Title: DevOps Contractor
Location: San Jose, CA – Hybrid
Duration: 3+ Months Contract (09/22/2025 to 12/31/2025)
Primary Skill Required for the Role: Linux Administrator
Level Required for Primary Skill: Intermediate (3-5 years experience)
Note: This is a Linux & GPU Engineer role based out of San Jose to be onsite 2x/wk. 3-5 years of experience. Candidate must have experience deploying and managing workloads on GPU enabled hardware. Must be local to San Jose, CA and able to work onsite at client's office 2x per week
Role Overview
The services You will provide the client project team: As a DevOps Contractor, you will streamline and automate the software development and deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reliability. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software build, test, and deployment processes. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications. Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability. Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) to automate provisioning and configuration of resources. Perform regular security assessments and apply necessary patches and updates to maintain system integrity.
Additional Details For Role
- Hands on GPU-enabled infrastructure management
- Designing and managing systems that handle massive data volumes
- Host and run LLMs by provisioning GPU-enabled infrastructure and other specialized hardware
- Design systems to handle massive data volumes for model training and low-latency inference
- Leverage orchestrations using Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
