We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven L&D Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments, particularly within startups or early-stage organisations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and executing Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives while driving organisational development programs that align with business goals.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and organise L&D operations, including conducting needs analysis, developing learning solutions, and evaluating post-delivery impact.
  • Initiate and activate workforce and organisational development programs to drive measurable results.
  • Provide strategic consulting advice to senior stakeholders on matters related to Learning & Development and organisational growth.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize L&D strategies.
  • Build scalable frameworks for L&D functions in early-stage environments, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in Learning & Development or Organisational Development roles.
  • Proven experience in identifying, designing, and implementing effective L&D solutions tailored to organisational needs.
  • Formal qualification or certification in instructional design is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), SAP systems, and Learning Experience Platforms (LxPs).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to measure impact and improve processes.

  • Expertise in Learning & Development functions, particularly in their early stages of implementation and scaling.
