Application Support professional with expertise in Java, .NET, Python, or other programming skills:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for software applications built on Java, .NET, Python, or other platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including errors, bugs, and performance problems
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve application defects
- Develop and maintain documentation for application support processes and procedures
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement solutions
- Ensure application compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Strong programming skills in Java, .NET, Python, or other languages
- Experience with application support, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Knowledge of software development life cycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively
- Experience with cloud-based applications and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (ITIL)
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
