Discover the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Designer to join our Global Brand team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is eager to grow their design skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You will primarily support the delivery of day-to-day brand requests (BAU) and help maintain brand consistency across internal and external touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as whitepapers and reports, flyers, social media graphics, and presentations.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with TMF Group’s brand guidelines.
• Support the senior designers in managing incoming brand design requests.
• Help manage and organise design assets within our brand platform.
• Participate in internal reviews and feedback sessions for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

• Strong interest in graphic design, with a passion for video editing.
• Familiar with design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Open to learning and adapting to new design tools as needed.
• Follows industry design trends and is ready to explore and adapt to AI-powered creative tools.
• Collaborative attitude, willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
