We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Manager with 5+ years of commercial experience to join our MagicFuse team.

Please note we are only considering candidates from Lviv and Kyiv!

MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in project and account management
  • Proven record of working with corporate clients and large distributed teams
  • Experience in scaling teams and processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including at C-level
  • Ability to align delivery outcomes with client’s strategic business goals
  • Strong stakeholder mapping, influence, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in contract negotiation, budgeting, and commercial management
  • Team lead experience (mandatory)
  • English: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced

WILL BE A PLUS

  • Technical background (QA)
  • Experience with Salesforce platform

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle project management (scope, timelines, stakeholders, releases)
  • Resource management: planning, monitoring workload, leading cross-functional teams
  • Ensuring quality delivery and high client satisfaction
  • Proactively identifying and managing risks and issues
  • Tracking and monitoring project progress
  • Maintaining reporting and documentation
  • Managing conflicts and resolving escalations
  • Driving long-term cooperation and account growth

About Project

You will be working on a large enterprise Salesforce ecosystem with a distributed international team. The project involves enterprise-level system development, scaling, and continuous improvement, providing an opportunity to collaborate with a mature client organization and oversee a big delivery team (Developers, QAs, BAs, Salesforce Admins).

STAGE

Ongoing product ecosystem with continuous scaling and active development. Modern tech stack, no legacy.

TEAM

  • On our side: 33 people: Solution Architect – 1, Tech Leads – 2, Salesforce Developers – 9, QA Lead – 1, QAs – 8, Admin Lead – 1, Admin – 1, SFMC Specialists – 3, BA Lead – 1, BAs – 4, PMs – 2.

Client side: management team and several support experts.

INTERVIEW STAGES

  • Pre-screening with Recruiter
  • Interview with Business Analyst & Delivery Manager
  • Final interview with Client
