MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in project and account management
- Proven record of working with corporate clients and large distributed teams
- Experience in scaling teams and processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including at C-level
- Ability to align delivery outcomes with client’s strategic business goals
- Strong stakeholder mapping, influence, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in contract negotiation, budgeting, and commercial management
- Team lead experience (mandatory)
- English: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
- Technical background (QA)
- Experience with Salesforce platform
- Full-cycle project management (scope, timelines, stakeholders, releases)
- Resource management: planning, monitoring workload, leading cross-functional teams
- Ensuring quality delivery and high client satisfaction
- Proactively identifying and managing risks and issues
- Tracking and monitoring project progress
- Maintaining reporting and documentation
- Managing conflicts and resolving escalations
- Driving long-term cooperation and account growth
You will be working on a large enterprise Salesforce ecosystem with a distributed international team. The project involves enterprise-level system development, scaling, and continuous improvement, providing an opportunity to collaborate with a mature client organization and oversee a big delivery team (Developers, QAs, BAs, Salesforce Admins).
