We integrate fitness, nutrition, psychology, and medical sciences to deliver transformative health experiences. Our ecosystem spans Healthscape Hubs, the Flourish psychology wing, AI-powered gym solutions, and cutting-edge digital platforms—all designed to make health truly personalized and sustainable.

At Cureocity, design is not just about how things look, but how people feel, think, and behave when they interact with health. This is why our UI philosophy is rooted in behavioral science and consumer psychology, ensuring that every interaction builds trust, reduces friction, and empowers users in their health journey.

Role Overview

We are seeking a UI Designer who combines design creativity with an understanding of behavioral psychology and usability science. The role demands an ability to translate complex health data into intuitive, visually compelling, and emotionally engaging interfaces across Cureocity’s mobile and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Interface & Visual Design
  • Design clean, minimal, and scalable user interfaces for Cureocity’s app, dashboard, and digital tools.
  • Ensure consistency across screens by maintaining design systems, component libraries, and UI kits.
  • Use typography, color psychology, and visual hierarchy to simplify complex health metrics.

Behavioral Science & Consumer Psychology

  • Integrate emotional design techniques to make interactions motivating and engaging for long-term health behavior change.
  • Anticipate user stress points (e.g., diet tracking, medical metrics) and design calming, trust-building experiences.

Prototyping & Testing
  • Build interactive prototypes to test user journeys before development.
  • Conduct usability testing and implement feedback loops to refine designs.
  • Collaborate with UX and data teams to validate designs with real user insights.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with product managers, developers, dietitians, trainers, and psychologists to ensure UI supports Cureocity’s holistic approach.
    • Translate complex health, fitness, and psychology data into simple, actionable visualizations.

    Qualifications & Skills
    • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
    • Experience: 1–3 years in UI design, preferably in health-tech, fitness-tech, or data-driven platforms.
    • Design Mastery: Strong portfolio showcasing web & mobile UI projects.
    • Scientific Knowledge: Understanding of cognitive load theory, attention span design, habit-forming design, and persuasive technology frameworks.
    • Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
    • Psychology-Driven Design: Ability to integrate consumer behavior insights into visual design and user flows.
    • Accessibility & Inclusivity: Knowledge of WCAG standards, designing for diverse demographics.
    • Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and empathy to align design with Cureocity’s personalized care vision.
