What you’ll do?

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process for new joiners (documentation, induction scheduling, system access, etc.).
  • Partner with People Partners and IT to ensure the timely completion of pre-joining and joining formalities.
  • Manage employee data entry and updates in HR systems and trackers.
  • Support the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and benefits enrollment for new hires.
  • Serve as the secondary point of contact for employees, addressing queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Coordinate with HR, payroll, and benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry, processing, and reporting.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and data accuracy in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews, final settlements, following up on JIRA tickets and documentation.
  • Coordinate exit clearance by ensuring all company-issued assets (laptops, IT assets, access cards, parking passes, etc.) are collected on time and IT tickets are properly closed.
  • Partner with the GR team on visa cancellation and other related processes.
  • Maintain complete and accurate employee offboarding records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor law requirements.
  • Track and support payment release timelines, coordinating with Finance to ensure settlements are paid out within the defined TAT/SLA.
  • Assist with flight tickets, ensuring eligibility is checked, tickets are arranged, and employees are informed of policy restrictions
  • Conduct and support audits related to HR processes, offboarding cases, and employee records to ensure compliance and readiness.


What you’ll need?

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR coordination or people operations.
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and records management.
  • Knowledge of HRMS systems and database management.
  • Understanding of UAE and KSA labor laws and HR compliance standards.
