- SPC Certified
- Ideally energy industry experience
- Previous 2-3 transition projects within large firms moving from traditional waterfall processes into Scaled Agile
- Ability to spend time in the office to coach and support the team through the transition
- Ability to support implementation of Agile Release Train and preparation for the first PI planning
