UX Designer/ Product Designer (Remote - Latam)

We are seeking a talented UX/Product Designer to create engaging, intuitive, and inclusive digital experiences across web-based platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate complex problems into elegant design solutions. You will help shape design systems, deliver polished UI assets, and ensure user-centered practices are embedded in every stage of product development. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, influence product strategy, and contribute to high-impact projects that enhance the user experience for diverse audiences.

Accountabilities

• Design and iterate user experiences across multiple products, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product discovery, define success metrics, and deliver high-quality design solutions
• Create design artifacts at varying fidelities, including wireframes, user flows, journey maps, interactive prototypes, and polished UI mockups
• Translate user research and analytics into actionable insights, documenting key findings and design decisions
• Contribute to and evolve shared design systems and pattern libraries to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability
• Prepare production-ready assets and specifications with clear documentation for engineering handoff
• Champion inclusive, responsive, and accessible design practices across devices and platforms
• Apply visual design principles, including typography, color, and micro-interactions, to deliver polished end-to-end experiences
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience in product or UX design, preferably on web or SaaS platforms
• Strong experience with system design and scalable design systems
• Deep proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and tools like Whimsical, SVGator, After Effects, or Lottie
• Expertise in UX fundamentals, including persona creation, JTBD analysis, journey mapping, user interviews, and usability testing
• Ability to balance exploratory ideation with focused execution and iteration
• Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and interface refinement
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills to support clear design delivery and team alignment
• Collaborative mindset and professionalism in behavior, communication, and teamwork

• Experience in education technology or mission-driven digital products
• Familiarity with analytics tools, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and self-direct in a fast-paced environment
