Machine Learning Engineer

Stott and May are partnering with a groundbreaking early-stage startup that’s transforming the insurance industry with full-stack AI solutions. They’re currently looking for a Founding ML Engineer based in London to join their team during an exciting growth phase.

Please note this is a hardcore, high-performance role with a 6-day workweek from the London office!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the following:

• Building AI systems that improve accuracy, speed up claims assessments, and enhance customer experience
• Turning insurance claims processes into AI-driven workflows with operational teams
• Deploy scalable solutions using LLMs, LangChain, and RAG

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of AI/ML engineering or research experience
• A proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects from concept to production
• Someone that thrives in a fast-moving, chaotic startup environment!
