As a Machine Learning Engineer for this start-up, you will have the chance to:
- Develop and implement cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms that drive business outcomes and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver robust solutions.
- Work on diverse projects ranging from predictive analytics to natural language processing, providing variety and challenge in your day-to-day work.
- Leverage your expertise to influence decision-making and enhance product functionality
- Proficiency in Python and/or R for developing machine learning models.
- Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying ML solutions.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices for ML workflows.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Solid understanding of statistics, data mining, and algorithm design.
- Experience in collaborating within agile teams to deliver project objectives and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex machine learning workflows.
