We are the Operations Performance team, centralizing Customer Service, Onboarding, and Customer Success across Brazil and all Americas. We turn complex operational data into decisive actions, unifying KPIs and scaling insights that improve efficiency, reduce costs, reduce revenue churn and elevate customer experience. You will play a key role in turning data into actionable business insights, helping define and enhance how the Operations team's performance is measured and optimized.
What You’ll Do
- Support the domains of Customer Service, Onboarding and Customer Success with actionable insights and KPI tracking.
- Develop and align Merchant Operations strategy with data-driven recommendations.
- Prioritise and manage demands from BR Operations stakeholders and lead OKR design for BR Ops, BR CX, and BR BizOps.
- Build clear dashboards, KPIs, and metrics, while working with Global Operations teams to define standardized KPIs
- You have strong SQL, solid ETL/ELT experience, and excellent analytics and visualisation skills (preferably Tableau or Power BI).
- You have proven KPI creation experience, strong data manipulation, and good Excel proficiency.
- You have advanced English and communicate confidently with global teams.
- You are pragmatic, customer-oriented, and handle shifting priorities while solving problems analytically.
- You are self-motivated, focused on long-term solutions, and a continuous learner.
- Customer Experience, Operations background, or Revenue Management.
- Experience with DBT.
- Experience with Python programming.
