Graduate Data & Analytics Programme – 3 years


Location: North West England (multiple sites)

Salary: £31,250 starting salary (annual reviews and increases)

What you’ll do

  • Work with business teams to identify where analytics can create value
  • Develop insights using tools such as Power BI, Python, R and SQL
  • Create data models and visualisations to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Apply machine learning, AI and statistical methods to generate actionable insights
  • Ensure data quality, security and compliance with data governance standards
  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and managers to build automated, reliable and secure services
  • Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Continuously improve processes and adopt best practices in coding and analytics


What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Strong technical skills in programming, statistical analysis and data visualisation
  • Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to work across different teams and travel to sites when needed
  • A growth mindset and enthusiasm for sustainability and innovation
