UX / UI Product Designer – Web & Experience Vision (non-coding role)

What we want:

We are looking for a visionary UX/UI Product Designer who can conceive the look, feel, and experience of our website. You will not be coding, but you will design the blueprint: define user journeys, interactive / dynamic visual elements, responsive layouts, and narrative-driven content flows. Your vision will be built by our web development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate our narrative vision into a polished website experience: define UX flows, wireframes, interactive concepts, visual design, motion where appropriate.
• Work with brand book and style guide we have; push boundaries where needed while staying coherent with brand identity.
• Produce high-fidelity mockups / prototypes that clearly communicate layout, interactions, animations, transitions, dynamic / fluid visual objects
• Define content hierarchy, information architecture, navigation, and user journey for different audience segments.
• Collaborate closely with the dev team to ensure design vision is implementable (feasibility checks, feedback loops).
• Test and iterate: review with stakeholders (including leadership / narrative team), gather feedback, refine.
• Ensure the design works across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and performs well.

Desired Skills / Experience:

• Several years (e.g. 3-5+) working as a UX/UI / Product Designer, particularly for content-rich or narrative / tech / blockchain / story-driven websites.
• Gaming design experience is a plus.
• Portfolio showing websites (or web apps) with dynamic / interactive visuals, motion, or nontrivial layout / component design.
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Understanding of responsive design, fluid graphics, animations / transitions, modern UX best practices.
• Ability to break down large, complex narrative or technical ideas into clear user flows and visual stories.
• Good communication skills; ability to present your ideas, take feedback, iterate.
• Bonus if familiar with storytelling design, emotional / immersive UX, ways of integrating AI or data visualization.
